This is Me

Mom: “I feel the smell of value. Have you facilitated again?”

Me: “No, it was the team who self-organized. I was just removing impediments nearby”

Hi, my name is Pavel Ozolin, and I’m an Agile Coach.

I work with scrum teams, remove impediments and help them to deliver value on the regular basis, but I can give up anytime, so it is not an addiction. At least I think so.

I started ten years ago and doing software delivery since then.

I’ve never thought that working with agile teams is so addictive when I started. Initially, it was just project management, but once my friend introduced me to Scrum. I’ve never felt anything like this before, you know. Only two weeks and you get the result directly into production! My life changed: I started to facilitate and help teams to stay focused on value. To get more agile I even started to remove impediments and do some coaching. Training, certifications, workshops – I did it all.

Years passed and now I’m deep in value delivery. I even do SAFe as a Certified Program Consultant. I have experience implementing continuous improvement environment, helping organizations to transform into agile and launch their new agile programs.

I’m ten years in software delivery and I do not regret a single minute.

It may be fun to joke about addiction but real-life addiction is a disaster. Help people to get out of it donating here
